  6. Named as Additional Insured –

    • a. Indemnitors agree to provide proof of liability insurance coverage in at least the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The General Liability Policy must name Santa Rosa County District Schools as an Additional Insured AND as the certificate holder.

    • b. A facility a district group wants to use for an event may ask us to provide insurance and list the facility as an additional insured on our policy.

    • c. Contact Cindy McDonald to process these requests.

  7. Site administrator role:

    • a. Oversee this process.

    • b. Set clear expectations for use of your facility:

    • c. Cleaning expectations d. Trash expectations

    • e. Use of school custodian (at discretion of principal as a criterion for facility use based on the number of people and type of activity).

    • f. Make decisions regarding opening and securing of facility.

    • g. Put expectations in writing as needed.
