Liability Insurance Requirements
Named as Additional Insured –
a. Indemnitors agree to provide proof of liability insurance coverage in at least the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence. The General Liability Policy must name Santa Rosa County District Schools as an Additional Insured AND as the certificate holder.
b. A facility a district group wants to use for an event may ask us to provide insurance and list the facility as an additional insured on our policy.

a. Oversee this process.
b. Set clear expectations for use of your facility:

e. Use of school custodian (at discretion of principal as a criterion for facility use based on the number of people and type of activity).
f. Make decisions regarding opening and securing of facility.
g. Put expectations in writing as needed.
